Mesamchei Lev Theatre is one of Israel’s leading Jewish theaters, directed by Ofer Halevi. A high-quality theater active for over 20 years, it stages original productions and well-known folk tales from the Bible and Jewish tradition, distinguished by rich scenery, elaborate costumes, and original music, turning Jewish theater into a vivid, storybook experience.

THE PROCESS
The rebranding of Mesamchei Lev takes us back to a childhood memory of the very first time we went to the theater. The dramatic lighting, the bright red curtain, the excitement, and the pure happiness that rise while watching a performance.
The guiding values behind the theater’s new design were unity, joy and humor, culture, and a sense of mission. The branding draws inspiration from the colors and structures of the theatrical world, combined with forms from synagogue architecture, arches, and elements from the stage and Jewish tradition. We chose to work with a classic Hebrew typeface, paired with fine lines that create decorative punctuation around the text, giving it an elegant look with a modern twist.
