Jo Shtibel Hotel is a premium business hotel in Tel Aviv’s trendy Montefiore neighborhood, steps from Yehudit Boulevard. Its location connects cafes, restaurants, Azrieli Towers, Sarona, and Gindi. The brand draws on the legacy of Hebrew printing, blending craftsmanship, rhythm, and precision with a contemporary experience rooted in local culture.

The concept chosen to visually represent Jo Hotel was the connection between past and present. We looked at the neighborhood’s history, its urban evolution, and the styles that shaped it over the years, translating them into a brand language that blends classic and modern with soft Nordic touches. The hotel’s design and branding were shaped as a journey through the floors: material and visual choices begin in a familiar, classic lobby and gradually become more modern as you move upward. The highlight is on the rooftop, with a deep blue infinity pool overlooking Tel Aviv’s evolving urban landscape.
The branding process of Jo Hotel was far from conventional. In this project, our studio led both the branding and the interior design. Color choices for print were made alongside selections for walls, carpentry, and materials throughout the space. The logo design combines a classic typeface with a modern one, accented by fine, delicate ornaments, and extends into the entire graphic language, from public spaces to hotel signage. Together, these elements form a single conceptual experience.
